Free standard shipping on orders of $200 USD or more in Canada and the United States.

At Miriam Baker each one of our garments is cut to order in our Toronto studio by Miriam. Next it is carefully crafted just for you by our hard working, super talented sewers who are hand-picked because of their sewing expertise and attention to detail. Miriam pays her sewers fair wages, by the hour.

Because every Miriam Baker piece is cut to order our delivery times may vary. We aim for 2 to 3 weeks. Orders outside of Canada take a bit longer due to customs processing and distance. Our regular customers prefer to order in advance if they have a special date in mind. You will be notified via email if the merchandise you have ordered is expected to take more than 3 weeks to arrive. Please choose the UPS option at checkout if you are in a rush and would like to receive your package in 10 business days or less. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please note that taxes and duties associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may vary based on your country's regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Miriam Baker purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly return it within 14 days upon receipt of your order for a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be unworn and unused and include all tags.

We accept returns via mail to our boutique.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of $15 USD per item returned will be deducted from the order refund.

The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour. If the item is not in resalable condition, we must send it back to you. Due to the hygienic laws of Canada and the nature of intimate garments, we are unable to accept returns of panties, thongs, and bodysuits. Please be 100% sure of your size before purchasing these particular items.

Return Instructions:

  1. Please contact us to request your Return Shipping Label, we will be happy to send it to you!
  2. Include your order number, the name of the garment you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you regarding your return.

  4. Pack the item securely in the original product packaging

  5. Once you receive your return instructions email, you may download and print the label, securely attach it to your original packaging, and drop your package off at any UPS location.

For your protection, please retain the tracking information from the Return Shipping Label. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our studio.

As soon as your return package is delivered to our boutique, we will carry out the necessary checks. We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping and restocking fees. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. We estimate refunds will be made back to your payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return.


We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on You may place your reorder at any time.
